Terms & Conditions

By shopping at Overachiever Shop, you accept the following terms and conditions.

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on overachiever.dk and overachiever.eu. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include Danish VAT (25%), unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to change prices without notice
  • The price that applies at the time of order is binding
  • Delivery costs are added and shown before purchase is completed
  • We accept payment by Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, and PayPal
  • Payment is charged when the order ships

3. Order Confirmation

When you have completed your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The order confirmation is your receipt. Save it until you have received your order and are sure it is correct.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of errors in prices or product descriptions, or if the product is out of stock.

4. Delivery

Delivery time:

  • Denmark: 1-3 business days
  • EU: 3-7 business days
  • Express (Denmark only): 1 business day

Delays:

We strive to deliver within the stated time. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, strikes). In case of significant delays, you will be contacted.

Non-collection:

If you do not collect your package and it is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge return costs (typically 100-150 DKK). You will receive a refund minus shipping and return costs.

5. Right of Withdrawal

You have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase before the withdrawal period expires.

Return conditions:

  • Product must be unopened in original packaging
  • For hygiene reasons we do not accept opened supplements
  • You must return the product no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal
  • You bear the direct cost of returning the goods

Refund:

Once we have received the product back, we will refund the amount you paid for the product. The refund will take place no later than 14 days after we have received the product back. We refund using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

6. Right to Complaint

You have a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act. This means you can complain about the product if there are defects or shortcomings.

What the complaint right covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damaged or wrong goods
  • Lack of quality compared to product description

What the complaint right does NOT cover:

  • Damage caused by incorrect use
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Products where expiration date has passed

How to complain:

Contact us at support@overachiever.dk with a description of the defect and photos. We process your complaint as quickly as possible and find a solution - either repair, replacement, or refund.

7. Product Safety and Disclaimer

⚠️ Important

Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to have a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

We recommend that you consult a doctor or nutrition expert before starting new dietary supplements, especially if you:

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Take medication
  • Have chronic diseases
  • Are under 18 years

Product information on our website is provided by the manufacturer. We cannot be held responsible for errors in product descriptions or ingredient lists. Always read the product label before use.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for non-fulfillment of our obligations if this is due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, terrorist acts, strikes, lockouts, fire, machine damage, or similar.

10. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us at support@overachiever.dk. We will always try to find an amicable solution.

11. Applicable Law and Venue

These terms and conditions are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts.

12. Changes

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. The version that applies at the time of order is binding for the purchase.
