What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Dankort, MobilePay, and PayPal. All payments are secure and encrypted.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible at support@overachiever.dk. If the order hasn't been shipped yet, we can usually change or cancel it. Once the package is shipped, you need to follow our return policy.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, you will automatically receive an order confirmation to your email when the purchase is completed. Also check your spam folder if you don't receive it.

How long does delivery take?

In Denmark we normally deliver within 1-3 business days. For EU countries the delivery time is 3-7 business days. Express delivery in Denmark takes 1 business day.

When is shipping free?

Free shipping in Denmark on purchases over 299 DKK. Free shipping to all EU on purchases over 599 DKK.

Can I track my package?

Yes, you automatically receive a tracking number by email when your package is shipped. You can also log into your account to view status.

Do you ship to countries other than Denmark and EU?

Currently we only ship to Denmark and EU countries. Contact us at support@overachiever.dk if you have questions about shipping to other countries.

Are the products genuine and safe?

Yes, all our products are 100% original and come from authorized distributors. We only work with known and respected brands in sports supplements.

How do I know which product is right for me?

Each product page has detailed descriptions, ingredient lists, and recommendations. You can also contact our customer service for personal advice based on your goals. Also see our dosage guide.

Do products have long shelf life?

Yes, all products have a minimum 6-month shelf life from shipping date. Expiration date is clearly stated on each product.

Do products contain allergens?

Allergen information is clearly stated on each product page and on the product label. Many supplements contain milk (lactose), soy, or gluten. Always read the ingredient list carefully.

Are products suitable for vegetarians/vegans?

We have many products suitable for vegetarians and vegans. You can filter by "vegan" or "vegetarian" in our product catalog, or contact us for specific advice.

Can I return a product?

Yes, you have a 30-day return right on unopened products in original packaging. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened supplements. Read more on our returns page.

What if I receive a damaged product?

Contact us immediately at support@overachiever.dk with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or refund the full amount including shipping right away.
