Returns & Refunds

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can return unopened products within 14 days.

Right of Return

You have a 14-day return right from the day you receive your order, in accordance with Danish consumer legislation. This applies to unopened products in original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened supplements.

How to Return

1. Contact us Send an email to support@overachiever.dk with your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive return label We will send you a return label and instructions within 24 hours.
3. Pack the products Make sure products are in original packaging and unopened.
4. Ship the package Use the return label and drop off the package at the nearest parcel shop or post office.
5. Receive refund Once we receive and approve your return, the amount will be refunded within 14 days.

Return Costs

Refund Process

Once we have received and inspected your return, we process the refund within 14 days in accordance with Danish consumer law. The amount is returned to the same payment method used for the purchase. You will receive an email when the refund is completed.

Exchange of Products

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the original product and place a new order. This ensures faster processing.

Exceptions to Return Right

• Opened supplements and sports nutrition
• Products without original packaging
• Products purchased on sale (marked "Final Sale")
• Gift cards and downloadable products

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us immediately at support@overachiever.dk with photos of the product. We will send a replacement or refund the full amount including shipping as soon as possible.
